How it works
You tell us what you need
Area, type, size, budget and timing. If you prefer, we talk it through on a video call.
We search, visit and check
We review the market, rule out what does not fit and see each option in person. We send you photos, video and what we have checked.
We stay with you until signing
We coordinate with the seller, the notary and the other professionals until the deed is signed.
Fees
- Property shopper
- 1.5% of the purchase price, plus VAT (10%). Only if you buy.
- If you buy from our portfolio
- No cost to you: our fee is paid by the seller.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay anything if I do not buy in the end?
No. The fee is only charged if you buy the property.
What if what I want is already in your portfolio?
Then you pay nothing: for properties in our portfolio, the fee is paid by the seller.
Who carries out the legal checks?
The legal checks on the property and the deed are carried out by a public notary. We help you find one and coordinate with them.
Where is it invoiced?
In Paraguay. Peraltum is a Paraguayan company and charges Paraguayan VAT (10%).
