Peraltum was founded by the Peralta family. Our surname comes from «high stone», and that is what we want to be for anyone who buys or sells with us: solid ground. We look after people who live in Paraguay just as we look after those coming from another country.

We work in Paraguay, where every property is: that is where we hold viewings, handle the paperwork and sign. From Spain, David Peralta drives the international development of Peraltum and is the link with European clients.
Every client has one named person in charge, who knows their search and answers them personally.
We say what we know and what we do not. If a detail of a property is still to be checked, we say so. We do not promise returns or timings that do not depend on us.
